The monthly retainer of $29 is collected at the end of each billing period for all work completed during the period. During certain months we may perform services well in excess of this monthly retainer, although never less than this, you will never be charged for extra work. Centurion is dedicated to protecting your credit and we feel that even though we may do more work than we charge you for, it is part of our mission of enforcing the rights of consumers. Our one time client intake fee of $89 is one of the lowest in the industry. In full compliance with all applicable laws, you will never be charged any portion of any fee until our services have been fully performed. Your low file set up fee is not charged until the entire service of establishing and setting up your file has been fully completed, and you are never charged our low monthly retainer until that entire months worth of valuable life changing services has been fully performed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
The retainer fees may be paid by credit card or from your checking or savings account by using your ATM/Debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo. When you sign up for our services you will have the option of choosing what method of payment is right for you. Your monthly retainer fees will be charged automatically to this method of payment.

Centurion Law Firm is a well respected firm that is committed to protecting and enforcing our clients rights. We would never do anything to harm our reputation or to malign our clients. You can be secure in the knowledge that we will never make unauthorized charges. You will only be charged on the dates reflected by your billing cycle and only in the amounts agreed upon by you. In the event that you would like to change your method of payment, we require notice at least three business days prior to your payment date.

DISHONORED PAYMENTS
In the event that a payment is returned by your bank or credit card company, there will be an additional $15 late fee. We will continue to resubmit the payment for a 30 day period. In the event your payment is not successfully processed within 30 days your case may be put on hold until arrangements have been made.
